Please Read the Information below completely then fill out before submitting. The purchase of any products or services by you is expressly limited to and governed by these Terms and Conditions. You grant permission to PwrOn LLC (“PwrOn Repair”) to perform any action deemed necessary in an attempt to repair your device. Furthermore, you release PwrOn Repair from any liability for any data loss that may occur, or component failures occurring during attempted repair, testing, or at any other time.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty or any guarantee on a replacement part is not applicable for any device that has damage in excess of the part they want to replace. If the customer doesn’t agree to have each damaged part of their device repaired then the warranty is not applicable. The customer understands that not repairing all broken aspects of a phone can lead to other damage occurring that has no relation to the completed repair.

PwrOn Repair is not responsible for loss of profit or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damage occurring during or after device service. Furthermore, you release PwrOn Repair from any liability for any data loss which may occur, or component failures occurring during attempted repair, testing, or at any other time. You shall inspect all products and services provided within twenty-four (24) hours after receipt and shall be deemed to accept such products or services as is unless you give PwrOn Repair written notice of any defect or non-conformity within Twenty-Four (24) hours after receipt. No Refunds are allowed for completed repair work done by PwrOn Repair, PwrOn LLC.

PwrOn Repair will not be liable or held responsible for any delays or losses related to problems or claims that arise directly or indirectly from acts of God, severe weather conditions, labor disputes, governmental actions, pandemics, war, riots, or other circumstances or causes beyond the reasonable control of PwrOn Repair. Liability in contract, tort, or otherwise arising through or in connection with the provision of products or services by PwrOn Repair shall be limited to the amount paid by you to PwrOn Repair in relation to the particular products or services at issue.

PwrOn Repair offers a limited lifetime warranty on all parts and labor associated with any repair. The limited lifetime warranty covers manufacturer-related part defects on parts installed by PwrOn Repair, as well as the workmanship associated with any repair only and does not cover supplemental damage, including but not limited to, physical damage, device drops or liquid damage to the device. The warranty is void if any person or store other than PwrOn Repair opens the device. Batteries have a 1 Year warranty. Soldering repairs hold no warranty, guarantee or refund. Additionally, this warranty is automatically void in the event of a manufacturer software enhancement that adversely affects the functionality of the device, especially, but not limited to iPhone “No Service” issues, iPhone audio ic issues, iPhone black camera issues, iPhone rebooting issues, faceID issues, charging issues, iPhone boot loop issues, or any quality issue listed under the Apple quality program. Any repair may void any manufacturer's warranty. There is no guarantee on future liquid resistance of the device after any repair. If the device is not powering on and PwrOn technicians are unable to test the functionality before repairing the device then PwrOn or its affiliates cannot be held responsible for the functionality after the device has been opened and/or repaired.

OTHER THAN THE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY DESCRIBED ABOVE, THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY PWRON REPAIR ARE SOLD AS IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. PWRON REPAIR EXCLUDES ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES AS TO MERCHANTABILITY OR AS TO THE FITNESS OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES FOR ANY PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE SUCH SERVICES OR FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Any deposit or payment for repair in advance or after repair is nonrefundable and paid to secure the parts ordered and promise of repair. Any deposit will be applied to the repair total. If a bad part is received from a vendor, you agree to allow for another part to be ordered. Special order parts can take up to 2 weeks or longer to arrive depending on the part and the vendor ordered from.

Any device not picked up and/or paid for within 72 Hours after the completed repair or notification of unrepairable status, will accrue a $10 a day storage fee. Any device not picked up or paid for within 14 days of completed repair or notification of non-repairable device will be considered abandoned and become the sole property of PwrOn Repair. Game Console diagnostic fees are $80 and are to be paid upfront and any diagnostic fee paid is nonrefundable. Diagnostic fees are applied to the total repair cost. A reassembly fee of $80 will be charged for all electronic devices, excluding televisions, that are deemed non-repairable or that the customer decides not to get repaired after diagnostic work has been done. A reassembly fee of $100 will be charged for all Televisions that are deemed non repairable or that the customer decides not to get repaired after the diagnostic work has been done. All reassembly fees can be avoided by the customer's approval to forfeit their device to PwrOn Repair, PwrOn LLC, for recycling and/or disposal.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia regardless of the residence or domicile, now or in the future, of any party hereto and notwithstanding any conflicts of laws. The parties to these Terms and Conditions consent to exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue in Columbia County, Georgia, or the Augusta Division of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia and waive any rights they may have to assert jurisdiction or venue in any other forum.
These Terms and Conditions supersede all other agreements between the parties and also represents the entire Agreement between the parties relating to its subject matter. There are no representations, arrangements, understandings, or agreements, oral or written, between the parties relating to the subject matter of these Terms and Conditions, except those fully expressed in these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be modified or amended only by PwrOn Repair, without notice, at any time by updating the PwrOn Repair website.

Any payment made online or remotely are automatically subject to these terms and conditions.

All “house calls” or “mobile” Phone and iPad repair has a nonrefundable service fee of $49 in addition to the normal repair rate. This service fee is to cover all time, gas and vehicle maintenance. All Phone and iPad repairs as well as service or diagnostic fees are required to be paid upfront before the appointment can be scheduled. Repairs, service fees and diagnostic fees paid for and scheduled are nonrefundable for any reason including but not limited to no shows or cancelations. Customers who are late to an appointment by no more than 10 minutes cannot be rescheduled and forfeit any repair cost, services fees and diagnostic fees. If a diagnostic is required there is a $50 diagnostic fee, nonrefundable, as well as a service fee that must be paid prior to scheduling the repair. The diagnostic fee will be applied to the total repair cost, but the service fee will not, as the service fee is a stand alone charge for the mobile appointment.

The standard Lifetime warranty applies to mobile repairs as well as in-store repairs. All warranties must be done in-store to avoid any additional service fees. Customers can choose for a warranty repair to be done as a mobile appointment, but must pay a separate service fee of $49.
